Learn to Swim – Level 3 (Women Only)
This level is great for individuals who are looking to polish up their swimming strokes and raise endurance levels. An excellent step for those interested in more efficient fitness swimming, Masters swimming or preparation for a Triathlon! Our Women Only Learn to Swim programs is taught & supervised by qualified female instructors
Level 3
- Learn eggbeater, stride entries and compact jumps
- Be doing a 300 m workout and sprinting 25-50 m
- Master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke

Important Notes
- Refunds or credits for missed private/semi-private or group lessons will not be provided.
- Make-up lessons can not be arranged, and substitute (non-registered) swimmers are not permitted.
- Please arrive (10-15) minutes before the start of the class and proceed to the Welcome Centre Desk to check-in before going to the pool-deck.
- There will be several showers available for brief usage.
- The main locker rooms will be available and some lockers are available for day use.
- Bringing clothes & valuables to the pool deck in a gym-bag is recommended.
- Includes Lot 5 Parking.
