Lifesaving Sport FUNdamentals
This is a great introduction to Lifesaving Sport, which involves learning lifesaving skills in a competitive setting. Lifesaving Sport FUNdamentals is an ongoing development program, with of 5 fundamental levels comprised of an obstacle swim, tow with fins, lifesaving medley, throwing accuracy, and object support. This is a great way to bridge the gap between swimming lessons and leadership courses while also developing stronger swimming abilities, staying fit and having fun. Swimmer’s goals vary from skill development to competing at provincial sport events!
