Physical activity helps everyone maintain balance.  During university, I started weight training to structure my schedule and ease a heavy course load.  I’ve also participated in various sports including swimming, soccer, running, orienteering, winter biathlon, rugby, and cycling.

As a coach, I bring a very patient, committed, and stress-free training style to our sessions with an emphasis on functionality, versatility, and sustainability.
