Locker Rentals

• Day-use lockers are available. Please ensure you remove all your belongings at the end of the day as lockers are routinely cleared.
• Long term locker rentals in Athletics are also available through Parking Services.

Policies & Procedures

Payment Schedule

Full payment is required upon booking, or 10% partial payment required upon signing and confirmation of rental reservation with balance owing 30 days (one month) prior to rental OR monthly installments through post-dated cheques or Electronic Funds Transfer authorization starting 30 days (one month) prior to rental / final payment one month prior to end date of rental

Rental Refund Policy

• 60 days’ notice required for cancellation of ice or turf rentals;
• 30 days’ (one month) notice required for cancellation of all other rentals
• If cancellation is prior to the required notice period full credit can be given or a refund will be issued on the payment received minus a $25 administrative fee
• In the event the department must cancel a full refund will be issued (no administrative fee)

Withdrawal

• In the event a rental group wants to withdraw during their rental agreement,
  • 60 days’ notice is required for ice and turf rentals,
  • 30 days’ (one month) notice required for all other rentals

Damage

• Undue damage to the facility will be the financial responsibility of the rental group

Insurance

• Proof of insurance is required; liability insurance can be purchased for most bookings if not already held
