55+ Stretch and Strength – Senior Ravens
This is a Heart Wise Program.
55+ Stretch & Strength
- Tailored for people 65 years of age or older (anyone over 55 can attend).
- The three 75-minute land classes include:
- A thorough warm-up and stretch
- Cardiovascular activity
- All-important strengthening exercises
- A relaxing cool-down
- There is one 60-minute session in the pool (shallow water).
- The goal of the class is to meet the goals of the participants.
- We try to be aware of what those are, and coach people as they work toward them.
There is a Senior Ravens Class! You must have a Senior Ravens Membership to attend this class
