Aquatic Fitness (Shallow End)
- Participants will use the buoyancy and the resistance of the water to give them a safe, effective and fun workout!
- This class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool.
For Whom
- Part of the heartwise program and a great option for individuals who may be arthritic, rehabbing from injury or pre/post natal due to its low impact
