CU Strong
- A focused and dynamic class designed to build muscle strength and endurance
- Participants engage in a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups using equipment such as:
- Dumbbells
- Resistance bands
- Bodyweight exercises
- And more
- This class uses isolated strength movements, strength supersets, lower repetitions and longer rest periods so you can optimize your strength!
There is a CU FIT Class! You must have a CU Membership to attend this class
