Stick Mobility
Stick Mobility is a training system that combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to improve flexibility, strength and coordination. It helps enhance athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.
Stick Mobility
- The specially designed sticks allow you to achieve ranges of motion you wouldn’t normally reach, making it a valuable tool for mobility exercises and injury prevention
Some of the main reasons why stick mobility to so effective:
- Train Longer Lines of Tissue: Stick Mobility allows you to connect your hand all the way to the ground.
- You can hang from the sticks with focused breathing or rotate away, engaging your entire side body.
- Challenge Your Grip: When creating force, the sticks drive through your hands and challenge your elbow stability.
- This unique stimulus complements other aspects of training.
- Facilitate Force Production: During open-chain exercises, the sticks help stabilize large muscle chains across your body.
- Coaches can use them to improve stability and create opposing forces.
- Perfect for Isometrics: If you struggle with positions like squats or lunges, the sticks allow you to adjust leverage and add variability in a controlled environment.
- Versatility for All Ages: Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, Stick Mobility adapts to your needs
