Strength Training (Women Only)
What is strength training all about? How do you get started? Which exercises are the best ones? What about form? What if I can’t do a push up? Is it appropriate for weight loss? Let us give you the answers!
Strength Training
- You will learn the theory behind strength training and mastering the technique behind bodyweight, free weight and barbell training.
- Participants will be taught:
- Proper warm up techniques
- Training principles
- Exercise application
- How to scale exercises to their appropriate level
- Our qualified instructors will take you through a progressive training program that will help you gain a better understanding of exercise and program design, increase your strength and your confidence in and out of the gym.
Level 2
- Now that you’ve got the basics for strength training, let’s build on it.
- Learn more exercises & techniques with the same and new equipment.
- Expand your confidence in program design. Learn more about form, because form is everything!
- You will expand your learning of the theory behind the importance of strength training and master the techniques behind bodyweight, free weight, adaptations with equipment, and barbell training.
- Our qualified instructors will take you through the next step of this progressive training program and help you gain a deeper understanding of exercise and program design, scaled exercise, help you increase your strength and your confidence in and out of the gym.

Participants must have completed level 1 before taking level 2
