Yin Yoga
Are you stressed, rushed and overwhelmed? Is your mind constantly spinning? If so Yin Yoga is what you need. You will experience an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace.
Yin Yoga
- Targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body.
- Everything slows down in Yin Yoga as postures are held for long periods, encouraging slow and safe opening of connective tissue.
- It is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga, exercise and sports.
