Come ride with us for a fun, high-energy indoor cycling class designed to build up your strength, cardio, and power over the term!
Beginner Spin Series
- Earlier weeks will be a gentle introduction to spin for all fitness levels with a focus on proper technique.
- Later weeks will use these skills for more difficult and dynamic challenges
- Learn techniques that boxers use, have a great time, work out some stress, and make new friends
- From beginning to end you will be moving, hammering pads and sweating
Required
- For safety reasons, please wear closed-toed shoes
- Avoid pants with flowy material that may catch in the pedals (ex. bell bottom yoga pants).
- Tuck in long shoelaces.

TIPS
Wear comfortable breathable clothing, wear shoes that fit tight to your feet and are breathable
Note: We have clips for cycling shoes and bring water
You may also want a towel to wipe off sweat so your handlebars don’t get wet.
